Class types
Our signature class. A high-energy, low-impact workout that combines Pilates-based core work with bursts of cardio, strength training, and endurance. Expect a full-body burn — arms, legs, glutes, and abs — all in a heated room to amplify results and detox from the inside out.
Inferno Hot Pilates
All the burn, none of the cardio. This class follows the same Pilates-based sculpting style as Inferno Hot Pilates but without HIIT or high-intensity intervals. Set in an infrared-heated room, you’ll move slowly and intentionally through controlled sequences that strengthen, lengthen, and tone. Perfect if you want deep work without the cardio push.
Hot Sculpt
A full-body toning class that blends Pilates, strength training, and sculpting movements using light weights and resistance. Set to motivating music in an infrared-heated room, Hot Sculpt focuses on arms, glutes, core, and legs while building lean muscle and stamina. Expect to feel challenged, empowered, and very sweaty.
Hot Strength
A low-impact, strength-focused class centered around weight training and controlled functional movement. Using dumbbells and intentional pacing, this class builds muscle, improves stability, and increases overall strength in an infrared-heated room. Ideal for those who want to lift lighter, move mindfully, and feel strong.
Warm Mat Pilates
A slower-paced, alignment-focused Pilates class in a gently heated room. Emphasis is placed on breath, core connection, posture, and controlled movement. This class is perfect for beginners, recovery days, or anyone wanting a grounding, effective workout without intense heat or cardio.
Hot Power Yoga
A dynamic, breath-led yoga flow practiced in an infrared-heated room. Expect a balance of strength, mobility, and deep stretching designed to increase flexibility, build heat from within, and calm the nervous system. Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout.
