Class types

Our signature class. A high-energy, low-impact workout that combines Pilates-based core work with bursts of cardio, strength training, and endurance. Expect a full-body burn — arms, legs, glutes, and abs — all in a heated room to amplify results and detox from the inside out.

Inferno Hot Pilates

All the burn! This class follows the same Pilates based sculpting style as Inferno Hot Pilates but with more flow and different timing. Set in an infrared-heated room, you’ll move slowly and intentionally through controlled sequences that strengthen, lengthen, and tone. Perfect if you want deep work without too much of the cardio push.

Hot Sculpt

A full-body toning class that blends Pilates, strength training, and sculpting movements using light weights and resistance. Set to motivating music in an infrared-heated room, Hot Sculpt focuses on arms, glutes, core, and legs while building lean muscle and stamina. Expect to feel challenged, empowered, and very sweaty.

Hot Strength

A low-impact, strength-focused class centered around weight training and controlled functional movement. Using dumbbells and intentional pacing, this class builds muscle, improves stability, and increases overall strength in an infrared-heated room. Ideal for those who want to lift lighter, move mindfully, and feel strong.

Barre & Sculpt

Shake, sculpt, and slow it down in this low to moderate intensity heated barre + sculpt class. This 45-minute, mat-based class is designed to activate deep stabilizing muscles, increase flexibility, and elevate the burn. Expect precise, controlled movements using medium weights and props to build strength, improve posture, and challenge your balance—without high impact. Perfect for all levels.

Warm Mat Pilates

A slower-paced, alignment-focused Pilates class in a gently heated room. Emphasis is placed on breath, core connection, posture, and controlled movement. This class is perfect for beginners, recovery days, or anyone wanting a grounding, effective workout without intense heat or cardio.

Hot Power Yoga

A dynamic, breath-led yoga flow practiced in an infrared-heated room. Expect a balance of strength, mobility, and deep stretching designed to increase flexibility, build heat from within, and calm the nervous system. Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout.
