What is HYDE?

HYDE is a heated movement studio offering Pilates, strength, sculpt, and yoga classes in an intentional, elevated environment. Every class is designed to be a full experience—physically strong, mentally grounding, and deeply energizing.


Do I need to be experienced to take class?

Not at all. HYDE is for everyone. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, our instructors guide you in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.


What should I bring?

Bring yourself, yoga mat, mat towel, and waterl. We recommend wearing lightweight, breathable workout clothes… you will sweat.


What should I expect for my first class?

You’ll be welcomed in, not rushed. The space is calm, clean, and intentional. Our instructors will guide you through everything so you feel comfortable and confident from start to finish.

How hot is the room?

Our heated classes range from approximately 95–104°F using infrared heat.


What is infrared heating?

Infrared heat warms the body from within rather than just heating the air. It helps increase circulation, detoxification, flexibility, and overall recovery.


I’ve never worked out in heat—will I be okay?

Yes—just take it at your own pace. Hydrate before and after class, and listen to your body. Rest when needed. You’ll build tolerance over time.


What types of classes do you offer?

We offer:

Each class has its own feel, but all are rooted in intentional movement and strong guidance.

Booking & Policies

How do I book a class?

All classes can be booked through our website, mind body, or class pass.


What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit.


When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first class. Doors may lock at class start to maintain the experience.

Do you have showers or amenities?

We do not have showers. We have one bathroom in the studio. As well as two public bathrooms on our floor.
